CASE STUDY: THE HERITAGE ON THE GARDEN

The Heritage On The Garden is an exclusive luxury building located in Back Bay, on the corner of Boylston and Arlington streets. Built in 1988, the building was developed by the Druker Company and designed by the Architects Collaborative. On the bottom floor are top designer retail shops and services, such as Hermes, Escada, GIADA, Anne Fontaine, St. John, Audemars Piguet Watch and Exhale Mind Body Spa. Above the retail shops are 84 highly sought after residences. Kortenhaus has worked with The Heritage On The Garden since the location opened in 1988. Through a series of marketing partnerships and strategic media placements, has made the location a top shopping destination in Boston. 

The Heritage On The Garden x Boston Magazine 

In 2019, Kortenhaus partnered with Boston Magazine to execute a social influencer campaign which included advertorial coverage in the magazine, social post on the magazine’s Instagram & Facebook handles and exposure on the influencer’s main page and stories. The program provided additional exposure for the destination to a new audience and resulted in thousands of “likes” and shares. 

Built under the idea of an “afternoon at The Heritage”, we created an itinerary for the social media star to execute while on property. A photographer, videographer and editor followed the social influencer around the property. We were able to highlight and interact with each retail and hospitality partner at the destination. 

The Heritage On The Garden x Boston’s Red Carpet

Kortenhaus brokered a relationship with Tonya Mezrich, host of NESN’s Boston’s Red Carpet television program in order to further promote the destination. Boston’s Red Carpet, a half hour lifestyle television show dedicated to philanthropy and fashion in Boston, airing on NESN, a Dirty Water Media Special Production has become a go-to in the city. 

Utilizing and highlighting our various retail partners was paramount in this activation. Each episode of the series, we focused on a different partner and calling attention to a product launch or brand news - all while being connected back to The Heritage On The Garden.
